مبدأ العمل
Uses single-liquid-surface single-cathode catalytic electrolysis with KOH solution as electrolyte and clean air as feed gas. Clean air enters the cathode side of the electrolytic cell through a high-precision pressure regulator. Oxygen diffuses across the membrane and is electrochemically separated to the anode side, then vented from a liquid trap. Nitrogen on the cathode side passes through a catalytic bed that removes residual oxygen, then through an adsorption filter that removes trace impurities and moisture, exiting at the gas outlet. A program controller continuously matches output flow to the GC demand for fully automatic constant-pressure / constant-flow operation.
