SED-4BYGF-S — Custom Desktop Dual-Chamber Cartridge Pre-Filling Machine

Operator manually places a pre-capped 5 mL dual-chamber cartridge upside-down(cap end down) into a POM fixture. Servo-driven indexing carries the fixture through 4 stations:(1) powder filling — a dosing screw driven by servo dispenses 1–2 g of powder into the head chamber via a 316L stainless 1–2 L powder head;(2) vacuum stoppering — rubber stoppers fed by a vibration bowl are placed onto the sealing body and pressed in under vacuum(vacuum level adjustable per position) using a PEEK + silicone-pad sealing body;(3) liquid filling — a 316L stainless filling needle inserts into the tail chamber; a Baoding peristaltic pump(servo-driven) dispenses 1–2 mL aqueous liquid;(4) return to stoppering station for vacuum tail-stoppering with a final tail stopper. Operator removes the finished cartridge.
