SED-40RTJX-S — Gummy Candy Production Line

Sugar syrup is cooked under vacuum in the 80 L jacketed mixing tank(up to 150 °C); gel solution is prepared in the 40 L tank in parallel. After colour/flavour blending(hand-held mixer), the warm syrup is fed via heated transfer hoses to the SED-40RTJ-S depositor, where servo-driven plungers meter precise doses into multiple mould cavities. Moulds are cooled for rapid setting; formed gummies are demoulded onto PVC trays and transferred to a drying room for controlled-humidity drying. The vacuum pump, condenser and steam-water separator maintain vacuum during cooking. After drying, gummies pass through the surface coating machine for sanding or waxing.
