Vials enter on a synchronous conveyor and arrive at the filling station where 4 peristaltic pumps(liquid) — and optionally 2 gel-filling pumps — dose precise volumes into vials with the needle rising with the liquid level. A 2-head stoppering manipulator picks rubber stoppers from a self-built vibratory bowl and inserts them. Imported German oilless bearings on outer transmission, leak-proof bushings on lift shafts, and metal-sheathed optical switches ensure clean operation. The integrated dust/noise enclosure keeps the filling area clean and reduces noise by 30%. Siemens PLC + HMI and Delta auxiliary PLC, Invt VFD speed control. No-bottle auto-stop interlock.
