SED-4-2-2YTG-Z — Linear Liquid Filling, Inner-Stopper and Screw-Cap Machine

Bottles enter via a linear track and are stopped at fill station by a pneumatic positioning cylinder. The 4-head 316L stainless metering pumps fill in single-row mode; cylinder valves control fill timing; the filling needle rises with the liquid level to prevent foaming. After fill, vials transfer to a 12-station indexing wheel for stoppering: an electromagnetic vibration bowl orients inner stoppers, a vacuum mechanical hand picks each stopper, clamps the bottle, presses the stopper home, and releases vacuum. The aluminum cap-feed bowl orients caps, a vertical mechanical hand places caps without damaging tamper-evident rings, and a dual-head magnetic-torque rotary capper tightens with adjustable torque(auto-slip). No-bottle = no cap drop / no rotation. Servo provides per-station fill volume trim from HMI.
