SED-4-1XGSX-F — Vial Liquid Filling Production Line

Bottles are loaded onto the supply table,transferred by star-wheel magnetic clutch to the auger ultrasonic washer where ultrasonic cavitation(2 kW) strips particulates,then rinsed sequentially with purified water,water for injection,and clean compressed air,with 180° flip to drain. Cleaned bottles enter the hot-air circulating tunnel oven: preheat zone,high-temperature sterilization zone at 250–300°C(≥5 min hold),and cooling zone under Class-100 laminar flow; temperature uniformity ±5–10°C(no-load),pressure balance ±2 Pa. Sterilized bottles exit cooled to <40°C and enter the 4-head filler: ceramic metering pumps deliver ±1% fill accuracy; electromagnetic vibration stopper feed with vacuum pickup presses stoppers at ≥99.5% rate. Finally,a 3-knife rolling capper seals the aluminum cap at ≥99.5% rate.
