مبدأ العمل
Concentrated medicinal feed liquid is delivered by a peristaltic pump(30 L/h) to the centrifugal atomiser(LPG-50, 15,000-20,000 rpm,Φ120 mm disc, 2.2 kW VFD-driven, water cooled) at the tower top, atomising into 20-60μm droplets. Ambient air is filtered, heated by 45 kW electric heater(combined with optional steam) to 110-240°C and enters the chamber tangentially via a logarithmic-spiral inlet volute and a bidirectional heat-air distributor. Droplets dry instantly to powder; chamber inlet temperature drops sharply due to evaporative cooling, protecting heat-sensitive materials. Dry powder is centrally collected at the cone bottom; fines pass to a cyclone(XF-500, SUS316L) with rotary valve + impactor, then a 24-bag pulse-jet baghouse. Exhaust is discharged via VFD-driven induced-draft fan.
