Hydraulic press forming: PVC/PET sheet is heat-softened by high-power heating bricks(computer-controlled temperature), then pressed through the mold by the forming press(upper high-pressure cylinder + lower lever-link mechanism in synchronized motion — producing~20% higher output than upper-lower cylinder presses). Formed product is then transferred to the independent punching press for hole punching. Servo motor drives sheet feeding for precision. Forming and punching hydraulic systems are independently controlled. Infrared sensor feed system enables continuous operation without sheet breakage.
