SED-300SZ1-C — Granulation/Drying/Coating Production Line

Raw material is charged via vacuum suction or manual loading. Inside the inverted-cone 300 L bowl the material is mixed with binder under the modified Burmakin-style impeller, producing circumferential, radial and axial flow for thorough blending. The multi-blade U-type cutter then shears the wet mass into dense, uniform spherical granules. Granules are transferred to the SED-120GF-C fluid bed where primary/intermediate/HEPA-filtered steam-heated air enters the fluidised bed to dry. After drying, the SED-120TSZ-C fixed-lift mill granulates and transfers product to the SED-500VH-C V-blender or IBC. The SED-150GB-C coater applies sugar or film coating in a sealed negative-pressure drum. The SED-CIP-C CIP station performs in-line cleaning of the entire line.
