مبدأ العمل
The sterilizer uses high-temperature circulating water(water-spray method) as the sterilization medium. Process: Start→ auto-check utilities/equipment status→ fill water to set level→ water circulates from chamber bottom through circulation pump→ plate heat exchanger internal channel→ top spray nozzles showering items→ heating phase(steam on HEX energy side) → sterilization phase(dual monitoring: F0 value + temperature/time) → cooling phase(cooling water on HEX energy side) → optional drain→ end. The medium runs in a relatively closed loop; external hot/cold energy acts indirectly via the plate heat exchanger — no secondary contamination. Counter-pressure and equalization-pressure protection allows sterilization of glass bottles, ampoules, plastic bottles, and flexible plastic bags containing liquid preparations.
