SED-2YGF-S — Laboratory Aqueous-Solution Prefilled Syringe Filling Machine

Automatic de-nesting feed mechanism: operator removes outer packaging and peels sealing paper in the buffer zone, places the honeycomb tray at the de-nesting station. A sucker-lift mechanism with carrier bracket automatically extracts syringes row by row and feeds them into the infeed star-wheel; two syringes at a time are transferred to the synchronous belt positioning blocks. Filling: syringes advance to the filling station; two liquid needles insert into each syringe barrel and rise with the liquid level; a ceramic rotary-valve pump(servo-driven) doses each fill. Stoppering: filled syringes rotate to the capping station; stoppers are sorted by a vibratory feeder and delivered via stopper track; a flip-stopper mechanism takes two stoppers, rotates them 180°, places them above the syringe openings, then presses them into the stopper sleeve and finally into the syringes at the set depth. Finished syringes exit via a chute for manual collection.
