Liquid feed(min 80 mL, up to 1,500–2,000 mL/h) is delivered by an adjustable peristaltic pump to the two-fluid spray nozzle in the borosilicate glass atomization chamber. The built-in oil-free imported air compressor supplies atomizing air. The electric heater heats inlet air to up to~250 °C, controlled in real time by PID to ±1 °C. Hot air contacts atomized droplets — instant flash drying(within the drying chamber,Φ220 mm) preserves heat-sensitive actives. A cyclone separator collects dry micro-particles(>95 % in the same granularity range) into the material collection bottle; fines/waste go to a waste bottle. The through-needle nozzle cleaner automatically clears blockages at adjustable frequency.

التنظيف والصيانة

Auto through-needle nozzle clearing for blockages. Borosilicate glass parts(drying chamber, cyclone separator, collection bottle, waste bottle) can be removed and washed with dish detergent. Pump tubing should be cleaned regularly to prevent cross-contamination. Rinse cyclone separator after sticky-material runs to prevent buildup. Note: do not use strong acids or strong alkalis without consulting the manufacturer.
