SED-2BJY-B is a benchtop dual-basket disintegration tester for tablets, hard/soft capsules, and pills per pharmacopoeia method. Two independent baskets each hold 6 glass tubes; baskets are raised/lowered at 30–31 cycles/

Six pharmacopoeia-compliant glass tubes are mounted in each of two independent baskets and immersed in a 1000 mL beaker placed in a constant-temperature water bath(heater + circulation pump). The MPU controller drives the basket lift mechanism to move baskets up and down at 30–31 cycles/min with 55±1 mm stroke. Each interruption of the tablet's passage through the mesh is timed automatically. High-precision electronic temperature sensors monitor the bath and display current vs. preset temperature; an over-temperature alarm and auto-protection circuit cut the heater if temperature exceeds the preset limit.

التنظيف والصيانة

Clean basket(nacelle) units after each test to avoid build-up. Periodically clean the bath box and all parts; never use steel brushes — they damage surfaces. Empty bath box by siphoning liquid out before cleaning. Wipe down all exterior surfaces.
