مبدأ العمل
Feed solution(1–40% solids) is pumped by a peristaltic pump(0.6 kW, infinitely-variable speed) to a spray-gun atomiser(Q=0.5 m³/min) at the top of the drying chamber. Air drawn through a primary filter and heated by a 90 kW electric heater to 180–220°C enters via a spiral volute and a two-layer hot-air distributor with adjustable swirl angle. Hot air and droplets contact co-currently in theΦ2000 mm chamber; water evaporates in milliseconds, reducing moisture below 5%. Three SK30 pneumatic air hammers de-cake the cone bottom. Powder is recovered through a cyclone + bag filter + wet scrubber, with a 7.5 kW induced-draft fan providing system suction. Atomiser/feed-pump and heater/ID-fan are safety interlocked.
