Tablets or pills are loaded into a 316L perforated coating drum(1400 mm diameter, Ph3 mm holes, 330 L volume). The drum rotates at 2-15 rpm, driven by a streamlined guide-plate impeller that tumbles cores smoothly to prevent broken/chipped tablets. Under negative pressure, the steam-heated air inlet unit delivers clean hot air(G4+F8+H13 three-stage filtered, 0.5 um, Class D; 4500 m3/h) to dry the tablet bed. A peristaltic pump conveys coating solution to four spray guns that atomise it onto the tablet surfaces. Exhaust air(6000 m3/h) passes through F9 cartridge filters with pulse cleaning before discharge. A sugar coating dropper and strong rotor pump are also included for sugar coating processes.
