Vacuum loading or manual loading feeds dried granules into the double-cone hopper through aΦ400 mm manhole. Lid is locked and the mixing program runs at 1-9 rpm; cones rotate around a horizontal axis to tumble material. At end of cycle the brake/positioning system slows for the last 2 revolutions and stops with the discharge port vertical. Material discharges by gravity through the DN200 butterfly valve.

Designed to GMP(2010 edition) standards. Direct product-contact internal surfaces are polished and passivated for cleanability and corrosion resistance. Carbon steel parts are rust-treated to Sa 2.5 with anti-corrosion primer and topcoat. Materials provided with material certificates.
