مبدأ العمل
Bottom film is unwound(with double-roll splice for non-stop changeover), preheated, and vacuum-formed into mold cavities by an integrated valve-block vacuum system. Powder is fed via Z-type bucket elevator(≤6m³/h) with 304SS contact surfaces and sealed conveying. Powder filling station uses servo-controlled measuring cup(S316L material — wear and alkali resistant) with manual dial calibration. Liquid filling uses pneumatic auto-lift design with online cleanable filling pipes; micro-gravity one-way valves allow high-speed micro-dose filling especially for 200-500 cP viscosity liquids; receiver tray prevents drip on mold surface during stops. Top film is unwound, water-coated(water roller and water-control system), and bonded by sealing rollers. Servo-driven longitudinal cutter and servo-direct horizontal cutter(small kerf saves film) cut formed pods. Non-powered horizontal pressure plate gently transfers product to belt to prevent crush damage. Multi-station interlocks, multi-point e-stops, and core-area safety sensors provide comprehensive safety.
