SED-220CXP-A — Vertical Ultrasonic Vial Washer

Vials are filled with water and enter the water tank for ultrasonic washing(~1 minute). They are then conveyed by a screw to the lifting wheel, gripped by the large drum manipulator, and inverted 180°(opening downward) for sequential alternating water/air spray washing. After washing, the manipulator returns the vials upright and they exit via the outfeed wheel to the sterilizing tunnel. Nozzles use tracking insertion; a PLC-controlled solenoid valve intermittently sprays water and air. Fine-wash water is recycled through a return tank and 3μm filter for use as coarse wash water. Compressed air is filtered to 0.22μm.
