Caps/stoppers tumble slowly in a rotating drum while high-pressure compressed air and boiling water combine for multi-stage cleaning:(1) central spray lance coarse-wash;(2) high-pressure air bursts from drum bottom for air-water boil rinse;(3) vacuum defoam bursts bubbles to carry away residues;(4) self-circulating fine wash;(5) silicone oil drawn in for siliconization;(6) saturated pure steam 121 °C sterilisation controlled by F0 value(calculated every 6 s); (7) plate-heat-exchanger-assisted drying(replacing traditional heating tubes + HEPA, eliminating side-leakage and sterilisation dead-zones); (8) vacuum cooling to ≤60 °C then discharge via fully enclosed sterile discharge system.
