Capsules are supplied via vacuum feeder or hopper to the closed indexing disk. A precision intermittent indexing mechanism(Taiwan Saifeng SKD) rotates the die table through stations:(1) capsule orientation and cap/body separation via vacuum;(2) dosing disk(3D-adjustable, lower face as datum) fills 40–80 mesh granules into the body(fill variation ≤±3%); (3) air blow + vacuum clean of die holes;(4) cap/body recombination;(5) finished capsule ejection by push rod. Underslung cam design with atomizing oil pump maintains lubrication in cam grooves. Upper/lower mold blocks move in one direction only with imported double-lip polyurethane seals. PLC + VFD stepless speed control reaches 2,000 capsules/min.

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces with wet cloth; wipe inside machine hood, hopper, turntable, and filling mechanism with clean cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: same as pre-production cleaning. All product-contact parts(dosing disk, molds, hopper) must be cleaned with 75% industrial alcohol before and after each production run.
