SED-2.8FDG-N — 2.8 m² Shelf Area, with Bottle-Capping System

Material-loaded vials are first frozen on temperature-controlled SUS316L shelves. Vacuum is then applied; shelf temperature is raised in controlled stages causing frozen water to sublimate(primary drying) and then desorb(secondary drying). The cold-trap condenser(coiled pipe) captures water vapor from the chamber. A refrigeration system(Tecumseh compressor) maintains condenser and shelf temperatures. At cycle end, a built-in capping device seals vials under vacuum to prevent re-hydration.
