Tubes manually loaded into hopper→ vibrator bowl orients and feeds→ press/push rods deliver to rotary disk→ station 2 flips, station 3 fills via ceramic plunger pump(head-up filling), station 4 carries, station 5 receives a cap(needle hub) from a separate vibrator bowl, station 6 presses/screws the cap on, station 7 flips back and is inspected by precision sensors, station 8 discharges(or rejects to waste hopper if no cap detected). Servo motors control all motions; PLC sequences the line; HMI shows live station status and alarms.

Acrylic observation windows: spray dedicated acrylic cleaner, wipe with dust-free soft cloth(NEVER use organic solvents). 304 SS surfaces: spray dedicated cleaner and wipe with soft cloth. 316L SS and ceramic product-contact parts: rinse with clean water, soak in alcohol, rinse with purified water, then high-temp disinfect(≤125°C, ≥30 min); cool below 30°C, rinse with medical-grade purified water, dry with clean compressed air, sterile-package. Sealing rings and adhesive parts: rinse with clean water or soak in alcohol only. Outer-wall-only contact parts: wipe with medical cotton dipped in alcohol. After reassembly, reinstall air tubing in correct orientation to avoid collision damage.
