Frozen material on 600mm polypropylene chain belt enters via microwave-leak suppressor at 0.4-2 m/min(2.2kW VFD motor). 915 MHz microwaves fed through rotating waveguide(rotating coaxial transmission with motor-driven inner conductor and radiating antenna) for uniform 360-degree energy distribution. Circulator with water-load absorbs reflected microwaves to protect magnetrons. Soft cooling water(140 L/min, 20-25C) circulated by two QX-15AD chillers. Real-time material monitoring algorithm modulates power per material state. Infrared detection at inlet/outlet prevents empty/jammed-belt firing. Door interlocks, fire-spark detection, smoke alarm, video monitoring, auto cleaning included.

After repair, run empty per operating procedure until qualified, then stop, power off. Before maintenance, verify working conditions and safety. Never forcibly cover the inlet detection sensor to start microwave output.
