Sugar dissolved in 300L steam-jacketed tank(0.75kW mixer), vacuum-cooked in 200L jacketed jelly mass cooker(1.5kW mixer + 4kW vacuum pump + 0.75kW syrup pump) with automatic weighing. Gelatin pre-melted in 300L jacketed gelatin tank(0.75kW). Mass deposited via double-color servo depositor(1.5kW x 2 servo motors, 1kW tracking servo, 5-route 5.5kW temperature control) into Teflon-coated aluminium moulds. Moulds pass through cooling tunnel(MT125 compressor, 8kW). Pneumatic stripping and brush demoulding, then surface sugar coating before packaging.

2Gelatin pre-melted in 300L jacketed gelatin tank(0.75kW).

3Mass deposited via double-color servo depositor(1.5kW x 2 servo motors, 1kW tracking servo, 5-route 5.5kW temperature control) into Teflon-coated aluminium moulds.

4Moulds pass through cooling tunnel(MT125 compressor, 8kW).

5Pneumatic stripping and brush demoulding, then surface sugar coating before packaging.
