مبدأ العمل
Crude coconut oil is alkali-refined in a refining tank with S-shaped heating coils and wing stirrer to remove free fatty acids; soap-stock is separated and pumped out. Refined oil is then dried and decolorized in a bleaching tank with activated bleaching clay(80-150 kg/t) and filtered through a leaf vibration filter. Bleached oil enters a stainless-steel deodorization tank where high-pressure steam jets and a triple-stage water-steam vapor jet vacuum strip volatile odor compounds, producing high-smoking-point edible oil. Heating is supplied by an organic heat carrier(thermal oil) furnace; vacuum and cooling are recirculated through dedicated pumps and a cooling tower.
