SED-120LP — High-Speed Bottle Unscrambler

Bottles are loaded in random orientation into the 360 L upper hopper. An electromagnetic vibrator at the hopper bottom continuously meters bottles down a chute to the rotating disc unit. The disc has shaped pockets(custom mold per bottle size) that capture each bottle and rotate it through a sorting/orientation track which uprights bottles with the cap facing up. Mis-oriented bottles are returned to the hopper. Upright bottles are stabilized at the discharge edge and pushed onto the user conveyor. Speed regulator allows matching downstream-line tempo; photoelectric sensor pauses feeding if the conveyor is full.
