مبدأ العمل
Operator loads vials onto the infeed plate; the dial-feed turntable pushes them onto the rotating track and flips them 180°(mouth-down) into the ultrasonic cleaning bath. After ultrasonic cavitation cleaning, vials enter the back-flush track for'two-water-one-air' rinsing(deionised water, water-for-injection, clean compressed air with separate spray nozzles to prevent cross contamination), then flip back 180°(mouth-up) onto the take-out plate or downstream conveyor.
