مبدأ العمل
Air conveyor connects directly to the three-in-one machine; bottles are transported via neck-clamp throughout. Bottles pass through bottle-diverting star wheels to the rinser. The rinser carousel holds neck-clamp stainless steel bottle clamps that grip the bottle neck and rotate 180° along a guide rail, inverting the mouth downward. First spray nozzle sprays rinse water(optionally diluted disinfectant); second nozzle sprays pure water. Outer bottle surfaces are also rinsed. After rinsing and draining, bottles flip back 180° mouth-up. Bottle neck support plate holds the mouth; cam-actuated lift mechanism raises/lowers the bottle. Gravity filler: bottle mouth rises to open the fill valve; filling stops when liquid level covers the return-air hole. Capping head simultaneously revolves and spins; cam-driven gripping, sleeving, capping, release.
