Gel sample(6.67% gelatin) is conditioned in the precision constant-temperature water bath(5–70°C, ±0.1°C) cooled by the refrigeration unit(30°C→ 10°C in <40 min). The gel strength tester drives a 12.7 mm cylindrical probe into the gel surface at defined depth to measure force, returning gel strength in Bloom g. Embedded micro printer outputs preset parameters, test results, date, and time for record-keeping.
