مبدأ العمل
The reducer drives the barrel to rotate; the two unequal-length cylinders create asymmetry. When the machine runs, material moves from decomposition to combination — potential-energy differences produce a lateral force promoting horizontal material exchange. From combination to decomposition, plane differences again produce a lateral force. Each barrel revolution transfers about 25% of material from one cylinder to the other; radial flow also occurs, so material is repeatedly and alternately split-and-combined horizontally and radially, achieving uniform mixing.

Clean the machine after work, especially the barrels, to prevent residual material. Reducer should be filled with sufficient lubricating oil(typically #30 machine oil); belt drive requires grease lubricant. Maintenance every 6 months — change reducer oil and replace any aged components. After 1 year of use, perform a major overhaul: check part clearances and adjust as appropriate.
