Sugar is dissolved and heated in the 200 L three-layer interlayer tank using thermal-oil or steam in the heating-medium layer(inner-to-middle) while the middle-to-outer layer is filled with insulation. The tank lid features vacuumising outlet, add/exhaust air outlet, feed inlet, sight lamp, safety valve and pressure gauge. Syrup is transferred to the lifting mixer(1300 × 50 × 1500 mm) for colour/flavour blending. The SED-100RTJX1-B depositor(800 × 1700 × 3700 mm) then deposits the syrup into bear-shape moulds. After demoulding, gummies are loaded onto PVC drying trays on trolleys for room drying and then processed in the surface treatment machine. Gelatin barrel stirrer(90 W@ 220V) operates independently.
