SED-100RJ1-B(1) — SED-100RJ1-B Softgel Encapsulation Production Line

Gelatin sol is prepared in the 200L SUS304 jacketed vacuum tank(5kW heating, 1.5kW stirrer at 35rpm, working temp <=95C). Fill is mixed in the 80L tank(1.5kW heating, 120W stirrer). Vacuum is drawn by a 4kW water-ring pump(2BV2061). The encapsulator main machine spreads two gelatin films(spreader box at 0.01mm with PID + 0.1C sensor), micro-lubricates the films, then a die-roller pair forms and seals capsules around fill metered by 6x(0-1.5)mL injection wedges; throughput = die cavities x die-roller rpm x 60(e.g. #8 oval has 70 cavities: 70x4x60 = 16,800/h). Capsules drop into the HSZG-3 tumble dryer(Phi610x960mm cage at 16rpm, 2.2kW, 2x2000m3/min fans) for shape-fixing, then onto trolley trays(40 trays of 530x360x50mm) in a horizontal-airflow drying room at 30-35C, <25% RH for 12-16 hours. First 2 hours: turn capsules 4-5 times to maintain shape. Final inspection on SUS304 inspection table.
