Nichrome electric heating wire heats air in the inner chamber under PID control via solid-state relay. Internal fan circulates air through the duct system to maintain uniform temperature. Manual damper switches between recirculation and air-exchange modes(adjustable opening). TIM-560 touch-screen controller with programmable segments manages temperature setpoint, ramp, and hold. Safety features: ground-fault breaker, thermal fuse, fan thermal switch, control loop fuse, hi/lo temperature limits.
