مبدأ العمل
The rubber kneading mill plasticises silicone compound. The automatic dual-roller feeder(200 mm hard-chrome rollers, water-cooled) feeds compound to the extruder; sensors and PLC monitor for shortage/overflow and modulate feed rate to match extruder speed. Silicone is extruded through a 38CrMoAl nitrided screw(L/D 1:12) and screw barrel(water-cooled head-to-tail with chiller). Extrudate passes through a 10 m stainless-steel curing oven(max 400°C, 6-segment × 2 kW each) and a 700 mm horizontal high-temperature setting box(max 700°C, 3 × 2 kW heaters). Speed and length are tracked by encoder.
