Solution(40% CaCl2) is sprayed via atomizing nozzles into a fluidized bed of seed particles. Fine droplets coat large particles(coating), agglomerate fines(agglomeration), and nucleate fresh seeds. A separate fraction is directly dried to CaCl2 powder, entrained by process gas, and collected in the cyclone separator. Continuous product discharge and recirculation maintain steady-state granule size distribution(2–5 mm).

Open inspection port every 2–3 weeks and remove material that has fallen inside; clear blockages from the air-distribution plate. Replace loose damper-plate fasteners as needed during operation.
