SED-1000GZ-T — SED-1000GZ-T Dry Granulator

Powder is metered uniformly into the roller hopper, maintaining a constant material level. A vertical conical screw pre-compresses the powder and feeds it into the arc-shaped intake groove of two counter-rotating compaction rollers. Hydraulic cylinder-driven rollers instantaneously force the powder into compacted ribbon/sheet; the compressed material is released by spring-back and gravity, falls into the crushing-and-granulating system, is sieved and classified to obtain uniform granules meeting quality requirements. Sub-sieve fines are recycled back to the hopper in a closed loop.(For briquetting mode, granular material is compacted between two counter-rotating rollers; binders may be used.)
