Superheated-water spray(water-bath) sterilization in a closed circulating system. Internal circulation: pure water(~70 kg/cycle) fills the chamber bottom; NANFANG CDMF vertical multistage centrifugal pump draws water through the 316L plate heat exchanger(BAODE BBS) — heated indirectly by external steam during heating phase, or cooled indirectly by tap water during cooling phase — and returns it via top and side SSC USA spiral spray nozzles(high-flux, wide-angle) creating an even spray over the load. External circulation: heating(steam) or cooling(tap water) flows through plate exchanger external circuit without mixing with process water. Counter-pressure tracks sealed-package internal pressure to minimize breakage and deformation. Cycle: Auto-test→ Water fill→ Spray circulation→ Heat up→ Sterilize(F0 or time/temperature) → Cool→ Drain(optional) → End.
