SED-0.45-4.5LZGF-T (also designated ZLG-0.45×4) is a 2 m² cooling vibrating fluidized bed for continuous cooling of granular or powdery materials at 150–200 kg/h. Inlet material temperature 100–120 °C; outlet at ambient.

Vibration motor excitation causes material to leap and advance across a SUS304 perforated bed plate(φ1.5 mm direct-bored holes). Ambient cool air enters via the 3 kW supply blower(model 4-72) into the lower-box plenum and distributes evenly upward through the bed plate, placing material in a fluidised, suspended state. Direct cool-mass transfer cools material to ambient temperature. Warm dust-laden exhaust passes through the MC-38 pulse-jet bag dust collector(with SUS304 hopper) and is drawn out by the 7.5 kW induced-draft fan(model 9-19). Product discharges from the outlet port.
