Vibration motors generate excitation that bounces material across an SS304 reinforced-bottom perforated bed plate. Cool ambient air is filtered(S=3 m² polyester non-woven filter in stainless body), delivered by the 7.5 kW blower into the lower-box plenum, distributes evenly through the bed and fluidises the material for direct cool-mass transfer. Cooled product exits via the discharge port; warm exhaust air is routed back to the spray dryer(typical milk-powder line integration).
