Como funciona
Unscrambler: turntable rotation + track guidance orients bottles mouth-up; photoelectric detection — full = stop, empty = auto-start. Filler/capper: conveyor-belt bottle transport + dual inlet bottle-turning discs + cylinder bottle-stop + servo-driven 6-head 316L metering pump double-row inline filling (filling needle rises with liquid level to prevent foam) + electromagnetic vibration cap sorting + 2-head auto inner stopper pressing + 2-head magnetic capper (magnetic slippage after tightening protects caps); PLC + touchscreen + VFD.
