Como funciona
The 10-head servo piston filler uses PLC control and servo drive; 10 SS piston cylinders reciprocate to fill bottles; no-bottle-no-fill function protects against waste and contamination. The 8-wheel capper uses 8 rotating wheels whose belt and capping-wheel spacing are adjustable for different bottle/cap formats. The dual-side labeler applies labels to both sides simultaneously (±1 mm accuracy). CIP (clean-in-place) or high-temperature sterilization is available.
