Como funciona
Bottles are unscrambled on the 600 mm rotary disc (variable-speed, bottle diameter 20–100 mm, height 30–320 mm) and fed onto a tabletop conveyor. The desktop 4-head piston filler doses 5–500 ml using 304 SS food-grade pistons in a removable assembly with intermittent fill cycles suitable for short bottles. A vibratory cap-placer drops caps onto the bottle mouth; the SED-4CG-U then uses 4 rubber wheels rotating against the bottle cap to thread it down (auto bottle-clamp during capping, photoelectric protection). The labeler then applies a self-adhesive label.
