Como funciona
Bottles travel on a 3 m chain-plate conveyor (Saigang chain, 800 ± 20 mm height). The 8-head servo-piston filler doses 1–5 L detergent precisely via servo-controlled stroke; suitable for water-thin liquids through medium-viscosity creams. Filled bottles transfer to the labeler (PLC + HMI + photoelectric, no-bottle-no-label, auto-correction). Capping is performed at the SED-4CG-X 4-roller dual-clamp rotary head: a vibratory bowl unscrambles caps and four contra-rotating rubber rollers torque the cap onto the bottle (compatible with various screw-thread plastic caps).
