Como funciona
Bottles travel through the conveyor; a separator mechanism spaces the containers evenly. A photoelectric product sensor detects each container and signals the PLC, which drives the label-feeding stepper motor (LEADSHINE) to dispense one label from the peel plate onto the container surface. A pressing/brush mechanism then adheres the label flat. Label length and feeding speed are controlled via the MCGS touch-screen HMI.
Processo de funcionamento
1Bottles travel through the conveyor; a separator mechanism spaces the containers evenly.
2A photoelectric product sensor detects each container and signals the PLC, which drives the label-feeding stepper motor (LEADSHINE) to dispense one label from the peel plate onto the container surface.
3A pressing/brush mechanism then adheres the label flat.
