Como funciona
Bottles are loaded by hand or upstream turntable onto the conveyor; a separator wheel sets the bottle spacing. As each bottle passes the photoelectric sensor, the PLC fires the label-feeding stepper, dispenses one label off the peel plate onto the bottle wall, and a pressing belt rolls the bottle against a brush so the label adheres flat. Label tension and labeling speed are tuned via the HMI; labeling speed must run roughly 2.5× the bottle-feeding speed.

Wipe stainless surfaces with damp cloth; avoid water entering the electrical control box, power inlet, or HMI. E-stop must be pressed before cleaning or disassembly.
