Como funciona

VFD-controlled motor drives a chain → drive sprocket → drive roller, which pulls the cleated food-grade conveyor belt up the inclined frame. Cleats and side skirts retain product on the belt during the climb; idlers, support plates, and bend pulleys keep the belt tracked. The electrical control panel provides start, stop, emergency stop, and VFD speed control functions.

Processo de funcionamento

Limpeza e manutenção

Routine: blow control cabinet dust monthly with air gun; remove dirt and oil from belt surface; check belt tension daily and adjust as needed; inspect drive rollers monthly for free rotation; check and tighten pull rods and fasteners monthly; full maintenance overhaul once per year.
