Como funciona
Bottles or products enter the sleeve sealing station on the conveyor; PE/POF/PVC/PP shrink film is wrapped around the collation, then sealed and cut by a heated bar (sealing time 0.01–1.5 s). The collation transfers into the matched shrink tunnel (SED-10RS-F) where 20 kW adjustable heaters and a 0–10 m/min conveyor shrink the film tightly around the product, producing a clean, transit-ready pack.
