Como funciona
Syringe nests (honeycomb trays) enter the buffer conveyor, which caches multiple trays to ensure continuous supply. The machine sequentially indexes each tray under the de-nesting mechanism; servo-driven pick-and-place or rod-less cylinder actuators extract syringes row-by-row and feed them in single file onto the discharge conveyor to the downstream filler. High-precision Taiwan ball-screw ensures consistent positioning accuracy.
