Como funciona
Raw powder is mixed in a horizontal ribbon mixer and lifted into the twin-screw extruder (75 kW, 38CrMoLv screws) where heat and mechanical shear gelatinize and expand the dough into kibble. Expanded kibble is air-conveyed to a 5-tier reciprocating mesh-belt electric oven (10 m, 120 kW) for drying, then seasoned in a twin-roller dusting/coating drum, oil-sprayed in a 100 L oil sprayer, cooled on a 6 m mesh-belt cooler, and lifted to the finished-product buffer silo.
