Como funciona
A Chuanming VFD conveyor motor (Delixi inverter) moves bottles through a stainless separator (Oban speed-controlled). A Hampson (USA) photo-eye detects the label edge and a Sungwoo Sensor + Pulswitch eye detects the bottle. A Leadshine stepper motor and driver feed the label off the reel; the labelling head presses the label onto the product side; a brush + sponge wrap-down mechanism removes air bubbles. Two Leadshine guide steppers steer label tracking. A Leadshine top-press stepper holds the bottle steady during labelling. Panasonic PLC + 7-inch Samkoon HMI handle setpoints, recipes, and the production counter. Mean Well switching power supply and Delta DC power supply feed the electronics.

Daily wipe-down of conveyor, bottle guides, labelling head, peel plate, traction rollers, and brush/sponge wrap-down with a clean dry cloth; remove residual adhesive from peel edge. Keep Hampson and Sungwoo photo-eye lenses clean. Lubricate moving parts per maintenance schedule.
